1. Service Agreement

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and 天天盈球 Sports Data Consulting Co., Ltd. (the "Company") regarding the provision of match data analysis and information services.

2. Service Provision

天天盈球 is dedicated to providing professional and accurate match data analysis and information services, including but not limited to live scores, match predictions, team news, schedules, and live updates.

3. Fees and Payment

All information and services are priced in CNY. Payment terms are as follows:

• Access to premium data analysis services requires advance payment.
• Remaining fees are due upon completion of services.
• Changes to service scope after commencement may incur additional charges.
• Overdue payments may be subject to daily interest.

4. Cancellation Policy

For service cancellations or inquiries:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 3-6 days in advance receive a 50% refund of the prepaid fee.
• Cancellations made within 3 days of service start are non-refundable.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Providing access to information within the agreed timeframe.
• Safeguarding your account information and password.
• Ensuring the accuracy of information provided.
• Providing necessary details regarding the purpose of your service usage.

6. Warranty and Guarantee

天天盈球 makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of data analysis but is not responsible for any discrepancies caused by third-party data source delays, errors, or force majeure events.

• Any losses incurred due to improper user use or breach of agreement.
• Normal delays in data updates.
• Data anomalies resulting from user error or device issues.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party platforms or systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

天天盈球 employs comprehensive data security measures. However, the Company's liability is capped at the amount actually paid by the user for services experiencing issues. 天天盈球 is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Consequences arising from user's failure to update information promptly.
• Analysis deviations due to incorrect user-provided information.

8. Data Sources & Offerings

天天盈球 utilizes publicly available data and authoritative information. Users are expected to:

• Requests for specific non-public data (may require additional authorization).
• Assuming risks associated with using third-party tools.

天天盈球 is not responsible for any deviations in score predictions or data analysis resulting from the public nature of information sources or user interpretation differences.

9. Schedules and Updates

While we strive to keep information up-to-date, 天天盈球 is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Delays in updates from external data sources.
• Analysis interruptions due to unforeseen technical issues.
• User-initiated temporary adjustments to service scope.
• Events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Information Security

天天盈球 prioritizes the reliability of its information sources, using verified data whenever possible. However:

• Users with specific information needs should notify us in advance.
• Data analysis results may require user verification.
• Analysis reports may take some time to generate.

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

1. Users must raise any objections within 7 days of receiving the analysis report.
2. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through amicable negotiation.
3. If negotiations fail, disputes will be settled in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.

12. Changes to Terms

天天盈球 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
