1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and 天天盈球 Sports Data Consulting Co., Ltd. (the "Company") regarding the provision of sports data analysis and information services.

2. Our Service Commitment

天天盈球 is dedicated to providing professional and accurate sports data analysis and information services, including but not limited to live scores, match predictions, team news, schedule inquiries, and real-time game updates.

3. Fees and Payment

All prices are in CNY. Payment terms are as follows:

• Access to advanced data analysis services requires upfront payment.
• Remaining fees are due upon service completion.
• Changes to service scope after commencement may incur additional charges.
• Late payments may be subject to daily interest.

4. Cancellation Policy

To cancel services or if you have questions:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 3-6 days in advance receive a 50% refund of the prepaid fee.
• Cancellations made within 3 days of the event are non-refundable.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Providing access to information within the agreed timeframe.
• Safeguarding your account information and password.
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide.
• Providing necessary information regarding the purpose of your service usage.

6. Data Accuracy & Guarantees

天天盈球 strives for accuracy in its data analysis but is not responsible for any discrepancies caused by third-party data source delays, errors, or force majeure events.

• Any losses resulting from user misuse or breach of agreement.
• Normal delays in data updates.
• Data anomalies caused by user error or device issues.
• Service interruptions due to third-party platform or system issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

天天盈球 employs robust data security measures. However, the Company's liability is capped at the actual fees paid by the User for the services in question. 天天盈球 is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Consequences arising from user's failure to update information promptly.
• Analysis deviations caused by incorrect user-provided information.

8. Data Sources & Offerings

天天盈球 utilizes publicly available data and authoritative information. Users are expected to:

• Requests for specific non-public data (may require additional authorization).
• Assuming risks associated with using third-party tools.

天天盈球 is not liable for deviations in score predictions or data analysis stemming from the public nature of information sources or user interpretation differences.

9. Schedules & Updates

While we endeavor to keep information current, 天天盈球 is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Delays in updates from external data sources.
• Analysis interruptions due to unforeseen technical issues.
• Temporary adjustments to the service scope by the user.
• Events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Information Security

天天盈球 prioritizes the reliability of information sources and uses verified data whenever possible. However:

• Users with specific information needs should inform us in advance.
• Analysis results may require user verification.
• Analysis reports may take some time to generate.

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

1. Users must raise objections within 7 days of receiving an analysis report.
2. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through friendly negotiation.
3. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.

12. Changes to Terms

天天盈球 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our services after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
